The U.S. Constitution specifically ESTABLISHES the Federal Government. Its entire purpose for existence is to CREATE a new government because the Articles of Confederation weren’t working.
The whole document is about WHY the government has authority, WHY the new government being set up by the Constitution SHOULD exist and what AUTHORITY the federal government has.
It is not a “warning” you idiot.
You may say, ”wait a second, isn’t he talking about the Bill of Rights?” You are CORRECT. Unfortunately our mysterious Ph.D. doesn’t seem to know his basic history. The Constitution was ratified and the federal government established before the amendments were presented by the first Congress in 1789.
You can’t conflate the two events as synonomous and ANY REAL political scientists or historian would know this basic shit.
